STAGE ONE
DRIED IN
Pricing for stage one is estimated around 50-60% of a finished house
What's included?
Trailer - custom
Walls - house wrapped, windows and doors installed
Roof - ice and water barrier (protects structure until finish roof is installed)
Subfloor installed
If you are handy and looking for the satisfaction of building your own home, choosing this option can save you a lot in labor costs.
STAGE TWO
DRIED IN + EXTERIOR CLADDING
Pricing for stage two is estimated around 60-70% of a finished house
What's included?
Everything from stage one, plus...
Exterior cladding - choose from vinyl, wood, or metal product. Combinations as well.
Finished roof and trim material - choose from EPDM rubber or metal roof
There's still a lot to do after this stage, but a lot of the physically difficult tasks are complete.
STAGE THREE
DRIED IN + EXTERIOR CLADDING + INTERIOR INSULATION/WALLS
Pricing for stage two is estimated around 70-80% of a finished house
What's included?
Everything in stage two plus...
Heating and cooling - choose from Minisplit heat pump, wood burning stoves, gas furnace.
Plumbing and electrical - rough in (includes hot water heater)
Much of the hard stuff has been completed. Your interior walls are closed up and insulated. Your water and sewer lines are ready for fixtures. The space is ready for finishes like cabinetry, countertops, flooring and trim.
